5 days ago As a member you have a few different options if you can't receive your regular scheduled share. Let's review the options and explain how.

In this guide:

Option 1: The Reschedule Button⚓

Select the appointment on your calendar, and in the appointment's details, click the "Reschedule" button.

Choose your alternate time and/or calendar for the appointment and click Reschedule Appointment:

Here you'll have the option to reschedule and send the client an email notification of the change, or not send the client any notification by clicking the carrot next to Reschedule Appointment:


Option 2: Drop & Drag⚓

Click on the appointment and drag it to the newly scheduled appointment time, then confirm the change. Here's how that will look:

Here you'll also have the option to reschedule with or without sending the client a notification.

Only one appointment can be rescheduled at a time. If a client booked several recurring appointments that you'd like to reschedule, you'll need to cancel those, then schedule them again. You can bulk cancel recurring appointments from the client's history.


Bulk Rescheduling Classes or Regular Appointments

You can bulk reschedule both classes and appointments! Huzzah!

Bulk Rescheduling Classes⚓

For Classes, you can do this from either from Class Details > checking the attendees you want to reschedule > then clicking "Reschedule Selected", or from Client Details by choosing Bulk Edit > checking them > and then Reschedule Selected. Dealer's choice!

When you bulk reschedule attendees of your class, you'll reschedule them to an alternate class time you have available, so be sure to have your alternate class time already created before you do you bulk reschedule!

Here's a peek at what it looks like when bulk rescheduling a class from the Class Details view:

When rescheduling, there are a few different modes: 

  • For classes, you can choose the individual classes to reschedule multiple class appointments to. If all class appointments selected were attendees in the same class, then you can reschedule all of them with a single option of the new class to move them to.

Bulk Rescheduling Regular Appointments (Not Classes!)⚓

For regular appointments, you can adjust the time by adding/subtracting days/hours from the current one to reschedule them from the Client Details view.

  • Find the client from your Client List, and scroll to see the appointments you want to reschedule
  • Check the boxes next to the appointments you would like to reschedule or choose Select All if you want to reschedule all of their upcoming appointments
  • Click Reschedule Selected, and choose if you want to send a confirmation email or not

In this example, we have a recurring appointment. You'll be prompted if the changes you want to make aren't available on your schedule, too, so there won't be any scheduling errors to wrangle.

Also, for regular appointments, if all appointments are on the same day of week and time of day then you'll see some shortcut options to move them to a new day of week + time (similar to adding/subtracting to adjust, but you don't need to do math)!


Rescheduling Recurring Appointments⚓

If you want to reschedule more than one type of appointment in bulk, you will have to choose each type separately in bulk and reschedule accordingly. For example, if you have a client who wants to reschedule two types of appointments that they've scheduled as recurring, you can do by by first selecting all of one type of recurring appointment and rescheduling them, then selecting all of the other type of recurring appointment and rescheduling in bulk.

Use this email template to reschedule interviews with candidates during your hiring process. In your message, briefly explain the reason for changing your current appointment and apologize for any inconvenience.

To make clear to candidates that you’re not canceling the interview, suggest a new date and time, if possible. If you don’t know when to reschedule the appointment to (e.g. the hiring manager who’ll conduct the interview is sick), let candidates know that you’ll get back to them as soon as possible.

Note that it’s best to call, instead of email, candidates if you have to reschedule right before your appointment, so that you make sure they learn about the change promptly. Prompt communication also improves your candidate experience.

Reschedule interview email template 

Email subject line: Interview with [Company_name]: New date / Rescheduling interview for the [Job_title] position

Hi [Candidate_Name] / Dear [Candidate_Name],

I’d like to inform you that, unfortunately, we need to reschedule our interview for the [Job_title] position that we had arranged for [date and time.]

[Briefly mention why you’re rescheduling, e.g. Due to unexpected family obligations, our hiring manager [Hiring manager’s name] won’t be available at that day.]

Could we reschedule for [new date and time]? Let me know if that works for you or if you would prefer another date or time this week.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience.

Making & Changing Your GMAT™ Exam Appointment

As a member you have a few different options if you can't receive your regular scheduled share. Let's review the options and explain how they each work!

Reschedule your share If you can’t pick up your share you can chose to reschedule your share for a future date. When you reschedule your share, you'll be prompted to pick the next available date at your chosen delivery location. Please keep in mind that if you have a weekly share this means you are opting to get additional shares that week which results in more than one share for that delivery. Your payment will be moved accordingly.  Rescheduling is available to members within the same season. If you need to reschedule your share into a different season, please contact [email protected] to see if this option is available at your farm. 

Change your delivery option If you need to change your delivery option you can make this change within the same week as the original delivery or can move it to another available week. Your payment will be moved accordingly. See below for specifics. 

“Hold”/cancel your share Placing a hold on your delivery will result in forfeiting (cancelling) that share for the week and no additional payment will be charged to your card for that held share. Holding your share does NOT automatically reschedule it! You are limited to three holds per season. 

How to hold your share during the customization period:

  1. Log into your Harvie account at www.harvie.farm/login
  2. Click My Deliveries
  3. Choose the delivery you want to make changes to and click the "Cancel" button. This action will cancel your share for that week and "hold" your share until you are ready to retrieve it. 

How to change delivery locations during customization period:

Email [email protected] if you want to change your delivery location during the customization period. 

Note: if your farm has multiple days of the week at the same location (for example, Wednesdays and Saturdays at the farm), you'll need to use the "Change Location" option to move a delivery to the different day of the week.  ________________________________________________________________________________________________________

How to reschedule a delivery, change location, or hold/cancel your future shares:

If your share is NOT in the customization period (example: future shares) here are the steps to make changes to future shares.

  1. Log into your Harvie account at www.harvie.farm/login
  2. Click My Deliveries
  3. Choose the delivery you want to make changes to and click from one of the button options below. You can
    1. Change Date (Reschedule) 
    2. Change Location
    3. Hold/Stop Hold

If you change your mind within the allowed time period, just log back in and click Stop Hold.

How to reschedule past held shares:

To reschedule a past held share

  1. Login to your account at www.harvie.farm/login
  2. Go to the “My Deliveries” tab
  3. If you have past held shares, those shares will show up on the top of the page with the option to “Remove On Hold”. You will be prompted to choose a new date. The system will default to the next available date. 

NOTE: Past held shares will not appear if they are more than 3 months back nor will not appear if there are no valid upcoming delivery dates for them. ie. out of season. Contact [email protected] if you have questions. 

If they are responsible for the rescheduling, they should change you to whatever date they have available. Some people need a day or so to.

Rescheduling Your Test Registration

The policies for rescheduling your test registration are as follows.

  • You must reschedule your GRE® Subject Test no later than four days before your test date or your test fee will be forfeited. For example, the deadline to reschedule a Saturday appointment is Tuesday.
  • The fee to reschedule your test registration is US$50.
  • Rescheduling is permitted in the same testing year (July 1–June 30).
  • Testing fees and registrations are not exchangeable between the GRE® Subject Tests and GRE® General Test.

You can reschedule your test registration one of two ways:

If sending your request by mail or fax, be sure to include your name, date of birth, address, registration number, test date, preferred test center and new test date. You must also include the US$50 rescheduling fee. Requests sent by mail must be received no later than four full days (not including the day of your test or the day of your request) prior to your scheduled test date.

Changing Your Subject Test

The policies for changing your Subject Test are as follows.

  • You must change your Subject Test by the regular registration deadline.
  • The fee to change your Subject Test is US$50.
  • Subject test changes cannot be guaranteed but will be made as space permits.

You can change your Subject Test in one of two ways:

If you call GRE Services, be prepared to provide your name, date of birth, address, registration number and test date.

Changing Your Test Center

The fee to change your test center is US$50. Test center changes cannot be guaranteed but will be made as space permits. You can also report to the preferred test center on the test day with your confirmation email, and if the center can accommodate you and the test you need is available, there is no additional charge.

You can change your test center in one of two ways:

Canceling Your Test Registration

The policies for canceling your test registration are as follows.

  • You must cancel your test registration no later than four full days before your test date or your test fee will be forfeited.
  • If you cancel your test no later than four full days prior to your test date, you will receive a refund equivalent to half of the original test fee. For example, the deadline to cancel a Saturday appointment and get a refund is Tuesday. See Payment and Refund Policies.
  • If you are taking the test in Korea, see the specific refund policy for test takers in Korea.

You can cancel your test in one of two ways:
